"ClearWay" eGovernment solutions for freeing societies

The Openworld Institute is seeding free and open source software development initiatives to prepare  solutions for freeing societies.

It will offer turnkey "ClearWay" eGovernment packages to communities and other polities interested in establishing conditions that inspire trust on the part of investors and entrepreneurs.
